Mr. Ross MacLachlan

Ross MacLachlan is currently President and CEO of Lignol Energy.

Mr. MacLachlan is an experienced business executive and entrepreneur with a successful track record as a founder and investor in several innovative and early stage technology companies. Mr. MacLachlan previously worked with Haywood Securities in a corporate finance role as Entrepreneur In Residence. He currently serves as a Director with a select number of companies and is regularly engaged as a management consultant in the development of strategic planning and early stage execution.

Mr. Robert McEwen

Rob McEwen is Chairman and CEO of US Gold Corporation and Lexam Explorations and was the founder and former Chairman and CEO of Goldcorp, which is the world’s lowest cost million ounce gold producer. Mr. McEwen followed his father into the investment industry and also developed a passion for gold.

He holds an Honourary Doctor of Laws Degree, York University, an MBA from Schulich School of Business, York University, and a BA from the University of Western Ontario. On July 3, 2007 Mr. McEwen was appointed to the Order of Canada, the country's highest civilian honour.

Mr. Michael Scott

Mr. Scott is a retired Corporate Director. He has served on many public and private boards, including the Board of Directors for Bombardier Inc. and as Chair of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. Mr. Scott was previously Senior Partner/Director and Senior VP at Wood Gundy before serving as Vice-Chairman of Scotia McLeod.
